Frequently Asked Questions
My photo exceeds 50 KB — what can I do?
Lower the target KB slightly. The tool adjusts JPEG quality and may slightly resize to meet the range.
Is signature background required to be white?
Most guidelines expect a clean white background with a clear, readable signature in blue/black ink.
Why ‘recent within 3 months’?
Many SSC notices require a recent photo (usually within 3 months). We display EXIF date if present for reference.
How do I provide a signature?
